![]() ![]() I recommend this course but keep your expectations in check: it's a visually stunning location fun and challenging course the amenities are average staff is great don't sweat the lost balls and you'll have a fabulous time.Enjoy the flavors of the world on a gastronomic tour through its buffet restaurant and its 4 specialty restaurants: Sapporo Nikkei Experience, with Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine Dolce Vita, with Italian specialties La Comedie, specializing in French cuisine and Agave, perfect for savoring Mexican cuisine and an authentic taqueria. No coffee or refreshments beforehand as the clubhouse doesn't open until 8 so have your coffee and breakfast before your early morning tee time. No biggie, that's how it goes, but try telling my nerves that! Ok, that's my problem, I know, I know. We were all back to back waiting for players ahead and players waiting behind. We got there early just in time for a fresh rush of players eager to get started before the heat and humidity of the day started taking hold and melting us all in our polyester golf getups. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was really excited to play here, but felt let down with the overall experience. I think what keeps me from making this a 5 star rating were all the previous reviews that built it up so much with the amenities that my expectations were quite high. The shorter holes are tricky with many undulating hills and bunkers. This is an amazingly beautiful and well-maintained course. ![]() No candy bars which I would have paid for just to have some available. The beverage cart was complimentary food and beverages, but the only food was packaged granola cookies and some chips. Balls weren't sticking at all to greens even on good approach shots. Negatives: Greens had too much sand and were too fast on short chip shots and wedges. ![]() Be careful on what they charge your credit here!Īs for the course.Positives: beautiful grounds that were incredibly challenging. We followed up via phone calls and they refused to refund the golf fees, so they got paid twice. That's much more than if we had just walked up and paid directly for a tee time. We rented 2 sets of clubs for a total of $65, only to realize two days later that they charged my credit card $650. We (total of 2 golfers) played here and bought a golf package via a 3rd party that included golf at another course plus transportation. This club overcharged us and now won't give us a refund. Hope this helps out others going to the Iberostar Parisio Golf Course. You can get discount coupons at the Iberostar resorts that give you $25 off as well so for us it worked out to $55 US per round which is very good value for top quality golf! $219 if you are not staying at the resort. as we were staying at the Grand Parisio it was $109 if you are staying at any of the other Iberostar Hotels. I would highly recommend this course for golfers but beginners might find it a little too tough.Ĭost after free rounds was $79.00 US. Hard to find your ball if you spray it left or right, the rough has small rocks that look like balls lol. We went in Feb/Mar 2020 and the course was in fantastic shape! The course is very challenging with narrow fairways and small greens. Better to take something from the hotel to eat as the sandwiches from the food cart are not very good but the drinks are! Includes cart, range balls, food and bevs on the course. ![]()
